Zhu Ming, General Manager of Beijing CREAT, gave a pep talk. Li Shan, the Deputy General Manager of Beijing CREAT, presided over the meeting. More than twenty leaders of each department attended the meeting.

It’s required that: First, strengthen the leadership and clear the responsibilities. The Chairman will be the chief person in charge of the internal control system construction, and the General Manager will be in charge of the internal control system construction. The Deputy General Manager will be in charge of the project advancement. The company’s board of directors and management will provide full support for the construction of internal control projects, and fulfill their responsibilities for the construction and operation of the internal control system. Second, clear the responsibilities and cooperate together. As the lead department, the Audit and Legal Department must coordinate project planning, research, data collection, information exchange and results confirmation. All systems must fully cooperate, and the consulting project team will provide services for the company’s internal management improvement. 

Mr. Lei Yang from Lixin Consulting explained and trained in three aspects: basic internal control theory, internal control system construction requirements, and internal control system construction plan. From process combing, defect diagnosis to realization of self-evaluation and improvement, from awareness improvement, integration into management to comprehensive application to achieve efficiency improvement, it has planned a route and plan for the construction of Beijing CREAT’s internal control system.
